a. Warranty: One year (the wearing parts and abrasive tools are not in this range). Ideal working conditions can be guaranteed by replacing the wearing parts, electrical parts and some other parts under normal operation.

b. Lijiang has its own after-sales service system. It can be divided into 3 situations.
① After the machine arrives at the customer's factory, Lijiang can send engineers to the customer's factory for free for machine installation, commissioning and personnel training. However, the return air ticket and accommodation will be borne by the customer.
② During the warranty period (one year), if there is a problem with the equipment, the customer requires Lijiang engineers to repair it at the factory. The round-trip ticket is the responsibility of the customer, and there is no maintenance fee and spare parts fee (except for wearing parts).
③During the warranty period (one year), if there is a problem with the equipment, the customer requires Lijiang City to send an engineer to the factory for maintenance. Customers should be responsible for round-trip air tickets and accommodation, and also need to pay a service and maintenance fee of US$150 per day for Lijiang City. All parts must be paid before delivery.
