One Set of Pump A & Pump B

Equipped with a single A component and a single B component. Glues A and B are automatically mixed and proportioned automatically. Equipped with two groups of A component and two groups of B component, it can be used for two different sealants, such as silicone rubber, polysulfide rubber, silicone structural rubber, etc. When the pressure increases, more glue B will automatically flow back, thus saving material.

Dyad Body Device

The dyad body device has two functions. The left side is used to filter impurities and water during gas injection, and the right side acts as a lubricant. Uses two suction cups to prevent glass from moving during sealing. Adopts Japan Yaskawa servo motor and controls the seal part by rotating 360°. You don't need to set the scraper blade to scrape off excess glue and repair the glass corner a second time. The time belt device allows the glass to be transmitted smoothly and positioned accurately. The glass and sensor adhesive can be automatically placed deep and the coating speed can be adjusted online. ..

 Stepped glass (Optional)

We put the machine head in the front, it will more convenient to making stepped IG units. It can connect with the IG line.
